FAQ'S:

Do Freeze Dried Roses stain? No, unlike fresh rose petals, the freeze drying process locks the colour in, so no stain or bleeding occurs.

When should I order? You may order at any time. If your event date is more than four weeks away we will hold your order, and post three weeks prior to your day.

How much should I order? As a guide, for confetti/cones one cup per person (we recommend only providing 50/60% to guests as some won't participate), for an aisle scatter 24 cups to 40 cups for a light to medium scatter, 3-4 cups per table/bed/bath scatter, and 3-4 cups per flower girl basket.

How do I store Freeze Dried rose petals? Your order will arrive sealed in a bag inside a box. You may open the box and have a look but keep the bag sealed and in the box to avoid crushing and place in a dry cupboard until a day or two before event day. You can then open the bag and prepare the petals into cones/bags/baskets etc. This will allow the petals to absorb a little moisture from the air and become soft and pliable like fresh petals...dont worry they wont go brown or wilt, just don't get them wet.
